We had Duncan serving us today and he was amazing! Super friendly service and very helpful when our table needed anything, felt very welcomed:) the food was also delicious, absolutely no complaints! I love the funky decor inside too, makes it feel like a relaxed environment.
Came for a meal here with some work colleagues while staying the night for business, what can I say, the best meal I've had in ages!!!! So tasty and well presented. 10/10 to the Chefs Pawel & Mike, and our server Tonye. We will 100% come again next time we visit Telford. Bonus with the 25% blue light too

From the moment my partner and I walked through the door, we received a warm welcome from our waiter Duncan. During the course our meal, Duncan catered to our needs making us feel comfortable and looked after. This made our visit more enjoyable as my partner is gluten intolerant and we struggle with other restaurants/menus. Along with the service, the food was lovely! Will definitely come back.
We were a big party and didn't have a booking. We were seated quickly and orders were taken promptly. Food was great and the set menu is good value. The salted caramel on the cookie dough dessert was a bit too salty for me but think that must be personal preference as everyone else in the group enjoyed it. Thank you.
Decided to Visit Telford South Water and I walked past Bella Italia and decided to walk in to take a look within seconds of walking in staff came to door to offer me a table and menu :) didn't wait long less than a few minutes to be brought a drink lovely bright location with loads of cool lights lovely tables and chairs and furniture good amount of outdoor seating available friendly staff quick service would highly recommend a visit to Bella Italia Telford!
Max is hands down one of the best servers I’ve come across. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, professional, and attentive without being overbearing. He made sure our drinks were always topped up, our food came out just right, and checked in at all the right times. What really stood out was his genuine attitude and how effortlessly he made us feel welcome. Max clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows in every interaction. If you’re lucky enough to be served by Max, you’re in for a great experience!
